What areas do you cover?
We cover a 35-mile radius from our base in Holbeach, Lincolnshire. This includes Spalding, Boston, King's Lynn, Wisbech, Long Sutton, Sutton Bridge, Bourne, Sleaford, Skegness and many more towns and villages across South Lincolnshire, East Lincolnshire, west Norfolk, and the Cambridgeshire Fens. How much does a bathroom installation cost?
Every bathroom is different, so we don't publish fixed prices. The cost depends on the size of the bathroom, the suite and materials you choose, the extent of any plumbing changes required, and any extras like tiling or underfloor heating. We provide free, no-obligation quotes with clear, itemised pricing — so you know exactly what you're getting before work starts.
Do you supply materials and fittings, or do I need to source them myself?
We can work either way. Some customers prefer to choose and purchase their own suite, tiles, and accessories, while others prefer us to source everything. We're happy to advise on suppliers and brands that offer good value and quality, and we can help you navigate the many options available.
How long does a bathroom installation take?
A standard bathroom installation typically takes between 5 and 10 working days, depending on the complexity of the project. A full renovation involving replastering or significant plumbing changes will take longer. We'll give you a realistic, accurate timeframe when we provide your quote, and we always aim to stick to it.
Are you Checkatrade verified?
Yes. We are verified with Checkatrade, which means our credentials and work history have been independently checked. You can book with full confidence knowing that we meet the standards required for Checkatrade membership.
Will I be dealing with you personally, or do you use subcontractors?
You'll deal with me directly throughout the whole project — from the initial call and quote, right through to the finished bathroom. As a sole trader, I carry out all the work myself. There are no subcontractors and no strangers in your home.
Can you install a wetroom?
Yes, wetroom installation is one of our specialities. We carry out fully tanked wetroom installations using proper waterproofing systems. Whether you want a luxury open shower space or an accessible level-access wetroom, we can design and install it to a high standard.
Do you offer accessible or disabled bathroom adaptations?
Yes. We install a range of adaptations for people with mobility needs, including level-access showers, walk-in baths, grab rails, fold-down shower seats, and non-slip flooring. We approach every adaptation sensitively and professionally, taking time to understand the specific needs of the person using the bathroom.
Can you install underfloor heating?
Yes. We install electric underfloor heating mats beneath bathroom floor tiles, along with programmable thermostats so you can control the warmth and schedule. It's a popular addition to any bathroom renovation and we're happy to include it as part of a wider project or as a standalone installation.
How do I get a quote?

Do you work on en-suites and cloakrooms?
Yes. We install en-suite bathrooms and downstairs cloakrooms as well as full family bathrooms. We specialise in making the most of compact spaces, designing layouts that are both practical and attractive.
What happens to my old bathroom suite?
As part of our standard installation service, we strip out and dispose of your old suite, tiles, and any other fittings that need to be removed. You don't need to worry about skips or disposal — we take care of it.
